  Dromo Peak (Expedition) 6855m.

Regarding Dromo Peak (6855m.) is  open only for expedition and not like the other trekking peaks. The Goverment Royalty fee is (US$ 2000) and you have to be accompanied by a Liaison Officer.all the documents procedure is similar as Expeditions.

Applying for climbing permission:

The following documents have to be sent to the Ministry of Tourism, Mountaineering Division, Kathmandu, Nepal.

  1. Completed Application (Schedule-1 of Regulations)
  2. Endorsement/Recommendation letter of the National Alpine club. (If there is no Alpine club, endorsement of the Government)
  3. Short biography of all members of the expedition (with photograph)
  4. Map and/or photograph of the mountain indicating climbing route.
  5. Approach route map.

Camping Trek

  1. 5 nights Kathmandu accommodation on bed & breakfast on twin sharing basis in a 3 stars category hotel
  2. Staff: 1 Guide, 1 cook and kitchen boys, helper, porters and their equipment.
  3. Meal: Food during the trek 3 meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
  4. Equipment: 2 men tent, foam mattress, all camping gear dining tent, kitchen tent, toilets tent, folding tables & chairs
  5. National Park fee, Trekking Permit
  6. Flight : Kathmandu - Biratnagar & Suketar-Biratnagar - Kathmandu
  7. Insurance for Nepalese staff
