Kusum Kangaru is one of the rocky and icy peaks, it is close to Lukla. It rises between Dudh Kosi & uninhabited Hinku Dranka,Its names comes from Tibetan meaning " Three snow peaks".It is easy to approach but  hardest to climb. Its easiest route,east face above Lungsangba glacier,this peak is demanding technically.The peak is a complex, triple-submitted mountain having numerous major ridges and faces with the boasts of more routes than other peaks. Attracted the elite of the mountaineering world.The north face of the main summit and the most magnificent. The most daring exploit of Kiwi Bill Denz who in 1981 completed a solo climbing of this peak.This peak can be climbed from south East Ridge route or north route. It was first climbed by a Japanese team in 1979.

  Itinerary:
   
 

Days 01 : Meeting upon arrival at Kathmandu International airport by our representative, transfer to Hotel

Days 02 : Sight seeing around Kathmandu valley, Overnight at Hotel.

Days 03 : Fly to Lukla and start trek to Phakding,  Overnight at Lodge.

Days 04 : Trek to Namche Bazaar, Overnight at Lodge.

Days 05 : Acclimatization at Namche Bazaar, Overnight at Lodge.

Days 06 : Trek to Base camp ( just before), Overnight at Tented camp.

Days 07 : Trek to Base camp, Overnight at Tented camp.

Days 08-15 : Climbing period, Overnight at Tented camp.

Days 16-17 : Trek back to Namche Bazaar, Overnight at Lodge.

Days 18 : Trek to Lukla, Overnight at Resort.

Days 19 : Fly back to Kathmandu, Overnight at Hotel.

Days 20-21 : Free day in Kathmandu, Overnight at Hotel.

Days 22 : Transfer to airport, departure on your own destination.
