Day 01:

 Morning - Pick up from hotel and drive to Narayan Than (Budhanikantha), Budhanilkantha is a excellent example of the art of stone sculpture of Nepal, which is also known as a sleeping Vishnu. Lunch on the way.
Overnight camp at Shivapuri Hill. (walking duration app. 5 hrs.)
SHIVAPURI TO
PATI BHANJYANG
(1768 m.)

Day 02:

 In a fine weather morning you can see Kathmandu valley and mountain like Ganesh Himal, Langtang, Gauri Shanker, Himalchuli etc.
After breakfast start walking through village and jungle.
Walking duration approx. 5 hrs.
Overnight at Pati Bhanjyang.
PATI BHANJYANG
KUTUMSANG
(2438 m.)

Day 03:

 Duration of walking 5 to 6 hrs.
After breakfast continue walking towards the small settlement of Kutumsang, which lies in the lowest point of the saddle on the main ridge and is a permanently inhabited village.
Overnight camp at Kutumsang.

THAREPATI
(3505 m.)

Day 04:

 After breakfast continue trekking through village.
Full day walking duration will be 6 hrs.
THAREPATI TO
MELAMCHI GAON
(2743 m.)

Day 05:

 Duration of walking 5 hrs.
Over night at Melamchi Gaon.
MELAMCHI GAON TO TREKE GYANG (2743 m.)

Day 06:

 This is the biggest Sherpa village and central Settlement of the Helambu region. Tarke Ghyang (Monastery) is situated in a very attractive spot and has a commanding view of the snow ranges.
Duration of walking approx. 3 hrs. rest day spend visiting monasteries and moving around village.
Overnight camp at Tarke Ghyang.
TARKE GHYANG TO SERMATHANG
(2450 m.)

Day 07:

 After breakfast walk for approx. 5 hrs through the jungle and arrive Sermathang. Rest time visit monastery and walk around village.
Over night at Sermathang.
SERMATHANG TO KAKANI
(1050 m.)

Day 08:

 One of a nice village. Duration of walking approx. 5 hrs.
KAKANI TO MELAMCHIPUL
(846 m.)

Day 09:

 Walk down approx.5 hrs through village.
Overnight at Melamche Bazar.
 

Day 10:

 After breakfast drive back to Kathmandu by Bus.
