This region is blessed with an incredible diversity of natural beauty and culture. Arun valley trek is between two highest mountains, Everest and Makalu. It is really a non touristy area but we can see significant views of Mt. Everest, Makalu, and hundreds of other mountains just on your eye. Tamang,Sherpa, Rai and Limbus are the main inhabitants of this region. Walking north up the Arun river to Sedua and Num, then crossing Barun La(4110m.)into the upper Barun Khola valley for a close look at Makalu. You can put together an even wilder trek by crossing Sherpani Col and west col into the upper Hongu valley. The highest point of this trek is Salpa Bhanjyang and also we can visit Salpa holy Lake(3414m).

 Highlights of the Trekking-

Exploring village people and their way of life, great Himalayan panorama including Mt. Everest, Makalu, Kanchenjungha, beautiful blooms of different flowers including rhododendron.

Days 01 : Meeting upon arrival at Kathmandu International airport, transfer to airport by our representative, transfer to hotel.

Days 02 : Stay in Kathmandu for official procedure and sightseeing, overnight at hotel

Days 03 : Fly to Tumlingtar and start trek to Kartike Ghat, overnight at tented camp

Days 04 : Trek to Gothey, overnight at tented camp

Days 05 : Trek to Salpa Phedi, overnight at tented camp

Days 06 : Trek to Guranse after crossing Salpa La Pass, overnight at tented camp

Days 07 : Trek to Sanam, overnight at tented camp

Days 08 : Trek to Bung, overnight at tented camp

Days 09 : Trek to Gai Kharka, overnight at tented camp

Days 10 : Trek to Vasme, overnight at tented camp

Days 11 : Trek to Pangum, overnight at tented camp

Days 12 : Trek to Painyu, overnight at tented camp

Days 13 : Trek to Lukla, overnight at tented camp

Days 14 : Fly back to Kathmandu, transfer to hotel

Days 15 : Transfer to airport, departure on your own destination.
