Fly to Lukla from Tribhuvan Airport by STOL plane between 7- 10 a.m. in the morning. It is a 36 minutes flight to Lukla at 2810m. You will be received by our crew members at Lukla, after final preparations the trekking starts passing Chaurikharka village,& descends to Ghat. The track follows the right bank of Dudhkosi river till Phakding. The first day stage is rather for administrative & acclimatization reasons. Lunch & dinner & overnight.

After breakfast, you will be walking along the river crossing it at different points by bridges at Benkar, Monjo, Jorsalle Check Post, 2 Hillary Bridges at the confluence of Bhotekosi & Dudhkosi. Have lunch stop at Monjo or Jorsalle. Now a steep ascending to reach Namche Bazaar, the famous trading rendezvous to Tibet in the past & now a gateway of all famous Khumbu Himalaya expeditions. There are shops, hotels, a bank, health clinic, & wireless telephone stations. Saturdays are the weekly market days.

Make a roaming to Shyangboche & up hill around Namche Bazaar & sleep low high at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization.

After breakfast start walking, the trail goes northeast to the east end of Khumjung & climbs along the gradual left up hill a rocky prominence to a crest of a ridge at 3992m where there is a stupa. From here the trail descends steeply to near the river at 3643m. Then the trail goes to the left fork gradual ascending & descending through the beautiful forest following the river bed. There are lots of lunch places along the way. Lunch on the way. After lunch walk about 2 to 3 hours ,& arrive Dole. Dinner & overnight.

After breakfast proceed to Machhermo. The trail goes more gradual up hill to Machhermo. Lunch on the way. After lunch walk 2 hours 30 minutes, arrive to Machhermo. Dinner & overnight.

After breakfast you should make the roaming & hiking around up hill & sleep at low high at Machhermo, it is important for acclimatization.

After breakfast proceed to Gokyo, the trail goes all the way gradual up hill walk to Gokyo. Lunch on the way. It is about 4 to 5 hours walk to Gokyo.

After breakfast proceed to Gokyo Ri for the best panoramic views of Mt Everest ranges, Ama Dablam Ranges, Mt.Makalu ranges, Mt. Cho Yu Ranges,Nilgiri, & many more spectacular mountains can be seen all around from Gokyo Ri. Lunch in Gokyo. After lunch descend down to Machhermo. Dinner & overnight.

After breakfast proceed to Namche Bazaar from Machhermo, the trail descend down to Dole & to Riverside, then up hill walk to the top to Stupa. It is 5 hours walk to Namche Bazaar from Machhermo. Lunch on the way. Dinner & over night at Namche Bazaar.

After breakfast you will walk steep down to Dudhkosi river, cross river by bridges, walk along the river, cross another river by bridge, gradual ascend to Jorsalle, & descend to Monjo, Benkar, Phakding, Lunch at Phakding. Continue walk to Ghat, after Ghat ascend to Chaurikharka & Lukla. Arrive Lukla. Dinner & overnight.
